Ongoing Issue: Adobe Reader XI Compatibility
Applicants may encounter the following error that will prevent them from submitting their application:
"At least one required Field was empty. Please fill in the required field (highlighted) before continuing."
While we continue to investigate this issue, we recommend that if applicants encounter this issue, they submit their application using an older version of Adobe Reader. Previous versions of the software can be downloaded here: http://get.adobe.com/reader/otherversions/.
Please refer to our compatibility table for additional information about supported versions of Adobe Reader.
We will continue to keep you informed of our investigation.

Update on AT07 Mail Server
The AT07 Mail server is back on-line, for now… Here is what is known: • This is a hardware related issue. • The system is back on-line, however we continue use the same equipment so the system could go down again. • The Grants.gov PMO is working diligently to replace the hardware. • If the system goes down again, please use the alternate methods for determining status as stated below. • Track My Applications • Login and View Updates will be provided as the situation changes.
